FC-Hunt is proud to have been selected by the Department of the Air Force to oversee the modernization of military family housing at the Air Force Academy, including the neighborhoods of Douglas Valley and Pine Valley. Forest City’s partner Hunt Building Company, Ltd. is based in El Paso, Texas and is the largest builder/developer of military family housing. Forest City has worked with Hunt on past military housing projects in Hawaii.
