Forest City Military Communities current military housing portfolio consists of approximately 12,000 homes in Hawaii, Colorado, Washington, Illinois and Tennessee for Navy Region Hawaii, Navy Region Midwest, Navy Region Northwest and the Air Force Academy, under the Navy’s and Air Force's Public-Private Venture (PPV) program.

How To Apply for a Forest City Military Community:
All officers and enlisted personnel with accompanying dependents are eligible to apply! Simply review documents below and print. Complete the forms and fax, email or drop it off at our Welcome Center and meet with one of our friendly Relocation Specialists. It’s that easy!
Documents you will need to apply for base housing as an active duty service member:
1. Form 1745 Military application for Housing
2. Military Forest City Application
3. Sex offender form
4. Government entitlements Briefing
5. Orders or RIP, Orders must be turned in before your move in date.
6. If dependents are not listed on your orders a DEERS form for each dependent is required.
7. Current LES must accompany application.
