Construction Reminders

Thank you for your continued patience, as we embark upon the next renovation Phase. Please keep in mind, with construction, there are bound to be bumps in the road. If there are any scheduled outages that may affect your home, you will receive at lease a 48 hour notice, in order for you and your family to plan accordingly. Forest City is committed to keeping you informed on the most current and up to date information available. The renovation process is a monumental task, requiring the assistance of large equipment and vehicles to perform the work. To decrease the likeliness of any injuries occurring, the workers are trained to be observant of the surrounding area, wear high visibility clothing, and additional protective gear. People, especially children, who enter a construction site are not familiar with the hazards present and could easily become an accident victim. Although construction activity is new to the Academy and extremely exciting, it is also an extremely dangerous place. All residents, their families and friends should refrain from entering the construction site. Again, we would like to thank you for your patience and look forward to revealing our model home in Main Douglass Valley soon!!
