Are the washer and dryer hook-ups gas or electric?  Washer and Dryer hook-ups are Electric in all homes. 

What is the difference between Doug Valley homes and Pine Valley homes?  The location!  Both have all wood floors, full unfinished basements and carports or garages.   The difference is location!

 What appliances are in the home?  Stove, Refridgerator with Ice Maker and Dishwasher.

How much is the Pet Deposit?  The pet deposit is $250.00 for one or both pets.  You are required to pay the pet deposit at move in. 

What does my pet need to live on base?  The pet must have current shot records, a microchip, a license and a photo to live in base housing. 

How many pets are allowed on base?  2 pets are the maxium. 

How much do we have to pay to move in?  If you move in on the 1st of the month, your rent will not be due until the 1st of the following month.  If you move in on the 15th of the month, your rent will not be due until the 1st of the following month, and so on.  (You pay in arrears.)  If you have a pet the only payment due is the pet deposit.
