Venues for Concerns:
The first POC (point of contact) for any issues with service in the community is to the Neighborhood Management Office (719) 867-9688. If our associates can not resolve the matter to your satisfaction, there are a few options for escalating the issue. There are confidential "feedback forms" in each office that are postage paid and sent directly to the corporate office. Second, there is a government housing liaison in each office that can assist you. If all efforts have been exhausted to resolve the issue with Forest City Residental Management’s management team and Air Force government staff, then we would encourage you to contact the Forest City Regional Office (216) 621-6060.
